Incorrect Order Received and Full Refund Denied
I received three bras, but unfortunately, the quality was not satisfactory, and the items I received were not the ones I originally ordered. I was informed that a 50% refund would be issued due to stock limitations; however, since the incorrect items were sent, I do not believe this resolution is appropriate. The error was acknowledged, yet my request for a full refund was declined. Since I did not receive the products I ordered, I believe a full refund is the fair and reasonable outcome.
